Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Used or damaged items not caused by shipping issues

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
